Telegram Alerts
If you want to receive strategy alerts while you’re away from the InPlayGuru dashboard, Telegram is the easiest option. You’ll get the same alerts you see on the platform—delivered straight to your Telegram app.
1) Install Telegram
Telegram is a free messaging app. Install it on any device you use (phone and/or desktop).
2) Connect InPlayGuru to Telegram
Alerts are delivered by our Telegram bot: @InPlayGuruBot. Connect it once, then enable Telegram alerts in your Settings.
Where do alerts go?
Direct message (recommended)
Most commonAlerts are sent to you privately. This is the simplest setup and works for nearly everyone.
Perfect for personal monitoring and testing strategies.Group
Send alerts to a Telegram group you manage (e.g. a small private community).
Great for collaborative analysis.Channel
Broadcast alerts to a channel (useful for larger audiences and followers).
Best for one-to-many sharing.Customize what your alerts include
You can choose which stats appear inside Telegram alerts (e.g., momentum, shots, corners, xG). Keep them minimal for speed, or enable more context if you review alerts in detail.
After the match
If a strategy has an outcome defined, you’ll see the final result updated at full-time (for example, Hit or Miss).
